The North Rim Lodge sets the tone… a natural one, of course.
The Lodge is an exclusive amenity for North Rim owners and is host to a number of private events, homeowner gatherings, and even the simple cup of coffee from time to time. The beauty and peaceful serenity of the Lodge provides a welcomed respite for owners and their guests alike. It truly is the heart and soul of North Rim.
Designed by architect Thomas Hacker to reflect its natural surroundings, the Lodge showcases the architectural and landscaping standards established for the homes of North Rim.
Striking exterior elements include the generous use of natural resources like Montana Moss stone, cedar siding, slate roof and copper gutters. Inside, natural warmth is created through the use of fir trusses and beams and Pennsylvania Bluestone flooring accents.
The Lodge also features lively and colorful interior design, as well as a permanent installation by local artist Marlene Grant. A double-sided, floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace serves as a focal point and gathering place inside the Lodge. Outside, an expansive patio serves as an outdoor “living room.”
